  1. I'm really glad I found your blog! I saved your feed to my Google account a few months back, but I didn't know how to access it. Now that I've figured everything out, I'm ready to go. I love that you are reviewing these recipes each week. I am definitely looking for your family's opinion to guide my cooking decisions.

I too am a teacher (although I am not teaching this year--major life changes: birth of a new baby, moved to a new state, a child starting kindergarten). When I return to work I'd like to have a solid collection of recipes to work with. In the mean time, I'm trying to find recipes for inexpensive quality meals.

I appreciate all of your work!

  2. Kelly,
Thank you so much for your comment and support! I'm sorry that I've been such a lame blogger for the past 2 months...my planning fell down the tubes as the holidays approached.
I've decided to try to lose weight at the start of this year, so I'm holding off on posting to this blog for a bit while I try the 17 Day Diet. I've posted the link to my new blog on this site. I will be posting recipes, my progress, and tips to the diet. Please think about taking a look. I only eat yummy meals, so if they fit the diet AND are yummy, it's even better!!
Thank you again for your feedback. It means a lot to me. Hopefully you found some good recipes and will continue to take a peek at what's going on around here!

    Take care,
    Jessie :)
